I made a new convert?

Yep, that's a question mark. My sister's boyfriend came over and they didn't have that much time before he had to leave so my sister suggested that they watch an episode of Firefly instead of starting a movie. Naturally she would have shown him Serenity but with the lack of time she opted for The Train Job . When they were done watching he admitted that the episode "didn't rock his world." I was disappointed, considering he's a big sci-fi geek and all.

A couple of days later he came over again. To my surprise, he asked if he could watch more Firefly. Apparently The Train Job had intrigued him. I was all "hell yeah" and immediately put in Serenity so he could have a better understanding of the universe. After we were done watching, I couldn't tell if he was more impressed or not.

Did I make a convert or not? I'd be very happy if he asked to borrow the entire DVD set. One thing's for sure though; when the BDM comes out, my sister is dragging him along.
