Hey all. Long time no... anything.

I'm settling in at my new place, but job opportunities have been limited. As a result, I'm toying with the idea of opening my own portrait studio for commission work. A slightly terrifying prospect, but infinitely more palatable than retail drudge work. I'm old and set in my ways, and I don't take orders well. This way I can be my own boss and make a living doing something I actually like.

Been missing you and your presence, so a mighty "Huzzah!" must be raised:D

And working for yourself has it's advantages...but it's also got a downside or two. Mainly about motivation;)

Hey, I work for myself and it's wonderful. A lot of work but very fulfilling. Good luck with the portrait studio if you decide to do that!
