well here goes a little chicken experiment. No one tell my husband or he won't eat it. I am marinating it in buttermilk with garlic, rosemary, and salt/pepper...so hope this works or it's gonna be an icky dinner

Try baking chicken in a mayonnaise coating. My grandmother's secret recipe -- so secret in fact that aside from mayonnaise I have no idea what else she use dto put in it.
But Gorramnit wa that some tasty and MOIST chicken.
P.S. I think she used lemon juice in it, too.
Any real chefs out there know about Mayo coating for baked chicken?
