Yes. FollowMal, MalNourished and I watched Water's Edge while online with each other in a Yahoo messenger conference.

Dang, that was fun.

Not as fun as doing it in person, but still fun.

Must say, his was the best performance in the entire movie. The plot was okay and not TOO predictable, though I have a feeling FollowMal may disagree with that. She kept asking what would happen next.

Now, I've never seen the darn movie before, but she assumes that since I'm attempting to write that I can forsee the plot. I'm no River.

Be damned if I didn't anyway...LOL

Guessed it fairly well close to what actually happened. Now FM thinks I'm some sort of genius. Good god, where'd she get that idea? Maybe it's MalNourished's fault for putting it in her head.

MALNOURISHED

My part of our brain is so dumb. I just posted this on your next blog entry, but I thought I'd post it here where it belongs as well...

Well, I have no problem admitting that your part of our brain is brilliant.

I will happily watch Water's Edge over and over, just for Nathan's performance. Those of you who are not professional Nathan Appreciators might be tempted to take that with a grain of salt, but all 'coats have to admit he's one heck of an actor. The gibberish that those "writers" had him speaking was truly atrocious at times, but our Nathan managed to make his character believable anyway.

Next, Blast From the Past?

Oh, and it's easy for MalN to put stuff in my head... same brain. :)

First thing I come to this a.m. and MalN and I think you're a genius? Well.... that's a fair assumption.
LOL
We had fun, huh? And I have to agree that the plot was predictable... I too, non-genius that I am saw the end...you know, where the w...well, I suppose I won't ruin it for other folks.
I have to say though, that our Cap'n was the only good actor in the movie, which kinda detracted from the movie, until Nathan was on the screen and then he shone as always. Good actor.. can't wait to see what he does next!

Hey what are we watching next week in NAT3000?
