When I first saw your work, my first thought was,
you must be taking screencaps into photoshop and
runnin' filters on 'em, cuz detail and realism to
THAT degree just ain't regular. The fact you can do what you do
on paper must mean your Spatial object rec side of the brain
is in overdrive or something. Keep it up...
Oh, and you really should send your stuff to Joss and
to the folks at Dark Horse -- If they keep doing the comic
they might hire you.

Hate mail means this: You're getting a wide enough exposure that you're creating polar opposites. Now you're running into people that not only LOVE your work, they hate it too.

I watched the BDM with my nephews and the 9 yr old loved it completely... I couldn't stop laughing during the scene at the Training House with Inara, Mal and the Operative when he came out with...

Hate mail is hilarious, because most people who send it are one or more of the following: ignorant, stupid, obnoxious, immature, other, and their always angry. Mail *plus* one or more of the above *equals* hate mail, hate mail *equals* really funny.

But that’s just me, and nothing really gets to me. Then again I’ve never had conventional hate mail... yet.

Consider this:

If you stop drawin' and creatin' all those gorgeous fan art pictures, you'll probably get a lot more. :D
