The Little iMac that Could
Tuesday, April 6, 2004

I’m finally back online after doing some archiving work on my iMac. Basically, I loaded down my machine with so many image files (I went to a digital camera this year,) that the computer was .

So it’s good to be back. I’m really bummed about “Wonderfalls.” Why do all the good shows get cancelled and why did I expect Fox to do anything different?

Okay, so what should I watch now that “Wonderfalls” is gone?

So after four days of rain in Southern New Mexico and Texas, we’ve had flash flooding, submerged homes and a major interstate washed out. I use to live in Seattle, so I thought the rain was really cool. The dessert smells like heaven when it rains. However, there is a pretty significant part of our driveway that has washed down the street. You have to take the good with the bad.

Also, I’m fairly disturbed….apparently I’m Jayne and I don’t even own a firearm!

I want to go see “Hellboy!”

TROOPER

I lived in Alamogordo on and off for over eleven years. (I was stationed at Holloman AFB but worked in Cloudcroft, and later commuted across White Sands to NMSU in Las Cruces). I get back every once in a while. I do remember the smell of the desert after a rain!

Shiny! I'm in Las Cruces. I thought the city was going to float away with all the rain.
