And you are probably right when you say he would have sold each and every one at some point. But I hold to the belief that he would at least done it as to where they would not have been harmed...

I have to say the hardest part about writing Firefly fics would be to capture each character through dialogue and action. I need to watch the shows like a hundred times before I would ever get a hang of it. I believe.

I'm deliberately trying to get the hang of it while typing here at FFF.net. (I don't normally use the word ain't. :-p)

You know what Shivan I think at one point he would have sold the whole crew down the river for the right price, but I believe it's because of his sense of self-preservation.

I don't think Jayne would do it post-serenity because I think the crew would have gotten so much closer.

Do you really think he would double-cross Mal? At one point yes, but I'm to believing that there is this bond that grew or is still growing between them.

Actually my Adam Baldwin passion began truthfully when I saw him as Hamilton in Angel. (I'd seen him in Full Metal Jacket and in the X-Files I just didn't click until I researched on IMDB)

of course you know i'd comment. i see something entitled "mmm jayne" and i have to comment.

i had a defining jayne moment during "our mrs reynolds" and it was that comment. you know, the "that's why i don't kiss 'em on the mouth" comment. i was like, "oooo, dirty ." like, "hmmmm, that has some interesting possibilities." because i've never been a nice girl.
but... i have to say that adam baldwin being the body that jayne possesses makes jayne that much more, um, tasty. i remembered adam baldwin from the last couple of seasons of the xfiles , though there wasn't enough of his character.
with jayne, for me it's all physical. the big knives and guns help too.
my type of boy is actually the big, strong guy who has a penchant for big guns and big knives. so much so that i got me one right now. (boy and knife.)
he laughed when i first got into firefly and confessed my obsession with jayne. he said, "hah. ya think ?"
