It has been a while since I've been on this site. Life just carried me away for a spell, but now I am back. I'm in my second year of grad school and already stressed. I'm currently sitting in the computer lab waiting for my articles to print out. It is taking forever, and I'm not known for my patience.

Well anyway, I can't wait for the BDM! I've started watching all my Firefly episodes in anticipation. I really want to dress up for the opening. I'm thinking Zoe. Maybe Kaylee. I've always thought of myself as an odd combination of both. I don't know. Would it be dorky to dress up for the premiere at a local theatre? I don't even live in a big city and I would probably be the only one doing it. It would be fun though...That's it. I'm doing it. To hell with whatever anyone else thinks.

Does anyone know where to find Firefly costumes? I doubt they're in mass production, but I suck at doing things myself.

I think you'll be surprised as to who shows up in costume at your theater. I think there are quite a few underground Browncoats out there.

Go in costume! I might. Or at least I'll wear my Jayne hat. I've found it's a good way to start Firefly conversations.

of course it's not silly!
as for the costumes though- i really don't think they've been made. i do believe there was a browncoat costuming thread around here a bit back you might want to check out though!
