Kirkland WA Firefly Episode Screening

Here I am, just having read the announcement of the screening of Serenity 1+2, Out of Gas and Ariel on September 17th in Kirkland, WA. And I happen to live just about 10 miles north, yeah! I go and check my calendar for anything planned on that day and what do I have to read? There are many Saturdays in September and on exactly that one and only I already have a concert ticket for Dead Can Dance. I wanted to see them live for 10 years and now that they are finally back on stage it must be the same day as the screening, I could scream!!! Well, I can always watch the episodes again at home on DVD but it would have been so cool to see them with a bunch of fellow browncoats. And I have to miss the Jaynestown-singalong. Oh well, I will survive

Me and and a familiar multitude are going to see Dead Can Dance on the 18th! It's been about, I don't know, 6-8-10 years (?) since I've seen them last in concert in Seattle -- so astounding.
Have a delightfully shivery swoon of a night.
