Can't count the number of times people have told my wife and I how our lives are about to change with our new addition (STEVEthePIRATEjr - see image in Blue Sun Room for photo, posted 7-11-05). They're right, and I'm glad. I'm ready to have some fun with this little dude.

Thanks to everyone for the kind words in response to the photo I posted. I came across a fantastic Wash-esque outfit recently, but it's a 6-12 month suit. It'll be a bit big on him by the time the BDM gets here, but it'll still be cute enough to post.

Thanks again. Gotta work tomorrow, so I'm off to rest.

I know what you mean about people saying "your lives will be so different."
Honestly, if we wanted out lives to stay the same, we wouldn't procreate, would we, Steve?
If you're anything like me, you felt like something was missing, and now that your life is "sooooo different" it is better.
I'm so happy for you.
