Ugh! I hate mroning sickness.

Hi there! Congrats on your multiples! I'm so sorry about the sickness though, I hear is sucks! I was blessed enough not to have had any sickness with either of my pregnancies.

Some things I've heard that help are:

* Peppermint candies &/or peppermint tea (it has something to do with the peppermint oil.)

* Ginger candies, ginger tea or ginger ale.

* Red Rasberry Leaf tea

* Eating tiny meals every 2 hours or so, whether it be some soda crackers & peanut butter or maybe some cheerios? They say keeping something on your stomach will help.

* Sea Bands accupressure bands.

* B-vitamins.

I hope by now it has passed for you though!

Hrm .. . I'm going to have to try that. Apples sound good anyway, and nothing sounds good.
