Got my next door neighbor, who's my adoptive mei-mei, to come in for a facial. She sat down, and I said: "I've got something really cool to show you." "K," she said. On came the "Firefly" pilot. The facial was done, and she sat down on the couch to watch the remaining part of the eppy with me. She'd make comments and laugh but more than anything, she watched intently.

At the end, I said, "So?" Did you like it?" "MAN, IT'S GOOD! IT ROCKS!! IT'S..."
"Shiny?"
"Absolutely!"

There you have it - I've got the DVDs for Xmas - and already made a new convert. Shiny!

Thanks - she's a smart girl, knows what is good (she is starting to get into rock and metal a bit more, thanks to the fact I took her to see my friends when they played at the Whisky... she's 13)

XENOCIDE


Awesome!

I converted my whole family over christmas weekend! I showed em serenety and now they're hooked! They watched the whole gorramn series between Saturday and Monday and where asking for more. Sadly, they'll have to wait until September.
