i'm not going to mention any names...(couch msg cough)...gave me some info on what's up with my eyes...and if i have to get a lumber puncture i will pass out!!! oh my god! i could have some wierd disease! what if i end up on house? but not like a fun house episode, but the kind where they have to stick a ton of needles in me. oh my god, if they try to stick a needle in my spine, they will have to do it while i'm passed out or i will freak. you do not understand my phobia of needles, it's not even needles at the doctors, it's ALL needles!

so the idea of anyone sticking a needle in my spine is a no go.

another fun fact, i have like 5 of the symptoms on that list!!! i just had such a bad migrane that i had to wear sunglasses till i took my medication, and that was while i was eating dinner too! ahh!

what if this is just like house, where i have one little sympton and then i just randomly pass out in class and they have to rush me to the hospital...only when i get there i don't get to have fun conversations with house...i get to have needles poked into my bone marrow and spine! no fun there!

i am freaking out. this is so not good. if i'm in the hospital, i will not be able to sleep at all. i don't do well in places where people could just walk in and smother me with a pillow. i have an extreme fear of staying over in a hospital.

see...i have this deal with my mom...if i'm ever in a hospital, the only thing she has to say is, 'don't stick needles in my daughter.', in return i hang out with her and promise to take care of her when she get's old. it's a good deal because i get to watch movies...and i don't get stuck with any needles.

i'm already going to have to get my pupils dialated when i go to the eye doctor, which i'm also terrified of. this is not a good week for me.

they're going to stick stuff in my eyes? are you kidding me? did i mention that getting my eye poked out is also another fear of mine, along with the dark, and hilary duff.

so if hilary duff came at me in the dark with a needle to poke me in the eye, i would be scared for life, not to mention blind. i wouldn't do well if i couldn't see cause i can barely get around as it is without getting hurt.

so if i do have this 'photophobia' thing...idk, hopefully it doesn;t mean i have some crazy disease like on house. hopefully it just means that i'm getting migraines for no reason. i can have hope. i can.

the wierd thing is though, i only get light sensitive around the end of the schoolday. maybe i'm just being a crazy person who believes they has an in farction when they just have a paper cut.

if i was on house, they would have kicked me out of the hospital by now...

so i'm gonna try to calm down. i'm going to take my migrane stuff before school so that i don't get a crazy headache, and i'll see if that helps. let's hope so.

i'm going to watch house...which won't do anything to help because every time i watch it, i learn about a new illness that presents with the symptoms of a cold. so every time i get a cold, well, you know...

i also found out, that i don't have to disect anything. i just have to write up a paper or somthing, i'll work it out with the teacher, because i am not sutting into babe. i won't be able to eat bacon again, and that would be incredibly sad.

on, and an update on the sims 2 thing, i made a firefly house...it shoud be amazing...

MSG

HUGS oh sweety I was just trying to show you that it's probably nothing, but that you should get it checked out ...HUGS
Oh and don't worry about getting your eyes dialated. I've had it done at least once a year every year since I was 8. It doesn't hurt at all. Just be sure to bring sunglasses to the office 'cause sunlight is not your friend for several hours after you get it done...otherwise it's totally not a biggy:) Oh dear my attempt at helping and calming you seems to have backfired...I'm reasonably certain you aren't going to pass out in class though..grin
I will have to say, it's getting to the point where that's how you can recognize a House episode...someone passes out.

I don't love the idea of a lumbar puncture either, vampchick, but I doubt you'll need one.

A lumbar puncture is usually done to diagnose meningitis or other brain diseases. Fever, vomiting, photophobia and headaches are all symptoms of meningitis, but it's a fast moving illness that'll pretty much kill you in about 48 hours unless it's diagnosed and treated very quickly. I think it's safe you say you don't have it! You'd be in hospital already if you did.

So don't panic. And when you do see the doc tell him/her how terrified you are of needles. Maybe they can do all the non-pupil-dialatey tests before they do anything invasive, and they might be able to diagnose you before they have to do the icky stuff. At the very least they'll make everything quick and as painless as possible.

Well...I don't think msg meant for you to be freaked out, vampchick88. And from experience, a person could technically have all kinds of ailments based on lists of symptoms one would find in a reference text.

So relax...take some migraine meds...and just focus doing what you have to do to get through the day. Let the professionals take a look and scare you poopless;)
