I'm new on fireflyfans.net and I feel out of the loop I guess. Are their any Australian fans out there? Or anyone who hasn't seen the movie yet. I was going to go on the 'chat' section but everyone seems to know each other already and it feels like I'm just butting in. So if anyone out there wants to say hi then PLEEASSEE do.

I don't know about anybody else but I have this HUGE problem trying to get the voices right in my fan-fiction. I mean I [i]want[i] to write something [i]so[i] bad, I have heaps ideas I think would work but I just can't get the voices to sound like they would on the show. Especially Wash and Jayne. I can't write snappy one-liners dripping in sarcasm for Wash. When I write Jayne I just make him sound so damn smart, even though as hot as he is he just isn't blessed with a tonne of brains and this all means that I am so frustrated right now. :banghead: If someone wants to take my ideas and run with them that is totally fine with me I just can't make them flow. P.S. To everyone going to Serenity2 have fun- I am SO Jealous

I'll be a Canadian Brown coat soon!! Yep I'm shifting hemispheres to Vancouver hopefully by the end of February!! :biggrin: I very muchly can't wait!! I have seen this movie about 8 or 9 times in my relatively short 20 years and last night I picked up something I hadn't picked up on. OMG Adam Baldwin is in it and he hasn't realy changed at all (this movie was made in the mid-eighties) I almost dropped my popcorn I squealed so loud. Did the whole 'verses know this and not me or are there other ignorant ones out there?

Thanks everyone, :biggrin: for being so nice about my fanfic, Thank you so much for being so great and more will be added and edited now that I know everyone liked it. P.S. It's a pretty duck outside, nice and mild with a pretty sunset.
