I'M NEW TO THIS

Ok people I'm new to all of this. One I'm new to Firefly I got the box set for christmas because I loved Serenity the movie so much. Two I'm knew to being excited about a show enought to join a fansite. Firefly to me is one of the greatest Scifi shows ever made. The cast is amazing and the writing in the show is more then amazing. I never really liked much scifi beyond star wars. I'm not down with star trek, farescape or shows like that. Firfly is different everything looks lived in and used and it doesn't deal with weird aliens. Plus I love westerns. Captain Mal is one of my favorite fictional characters and for me that says alot.
