i was going through the whole series again recently and kept seeing the initials "WP", most often as an international bumper sticker, in the background.

in seasons 1-3, the bumper sticker appears on lockers in the background.

in seasons 4-5, the bumper sticker appears on a cork board behind riley at uc sunnydale. then again as the background image to the newly remodeled BRONZE.

look closely and you'll see instances of "WP" pop up at various places. does anyone know what this means or stands for? it's driving me nuts...

Not that obvious, really. I have been a fan of the show since it first aired and i never even noticed the stickers.

I am now rewatching the series with a friend who i have finally convinced to watch and i am noticing the "wp" everywhere. There is even a "Widespread Panic" poster in the school hallway (can't remember the episode, sorry). So now my question is... did they ever play at the bronze, or were the creators fans of the group, or was it just because the name of the band was fitting for the show?

In addition to lots of Panic references, there are lots of String Cheese Incident posters all over the place - Buffy's room when she lived at home, and when she and Willow were roomies freshman year... My guess is someone on the set is a jam band fan.
