Conviction is the new Dick Wolf show (the guy who made Law and Order).

J August Richards was on Angel as Charles Gun and plays Billy Desmond on Conviction. David Zayas plays Angel's Father on Angel in the one flash back episode and is Hernan on Conviciton. Eric Balfour played Xander's best friend who dies in the very first episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and plays Brian Peluso on Conviction.

Elisabeth Röhm, who played the cop Kate on Angel, ventured from the Buffyverse to a Dick Wolf show as a DA on Law and Order. I've never forgiven her. However, it seems like many actors from the Buffyverse are crossing over to Dick Wolf shows. Perhaps, until Joss gets another show, this may be worth looking into.

The pilot episode of Conviction is available for free on iTunes download.

I know Eric Balfour's appeared on a number of high profile shows, but in my mind, he'll always be Milo off of the first "day" of 24. He was brought in as a replacement to Jamie, when it was revealed she was one of two moles within CTU, and he became a fan favorite.

(cut to Pam)

"Oh God no, Dwight's isn't my friend. (pauses then realizes) Oh my God, Dwight's kind of my friend!"

I think you could seriously play "Six Degrees of the Buffyverse" with most of hollywood. Six degrees to get back to an actor on a Angel or Buffy. Granted Scooby-Doo would be a hub lol
