They were brilliant in their time. A small time dvd company that put big effort and love into their dvd releases. Especially the Filmation library. It's too bad you had to go out BCI, you put the big studios to shame. Here's to you!

If I had to guess, the monkey/gorilla stuff is probably Planet of the Apes inspired. CBS premiered the orignal POTA film in the early 71. The number of viewers for that evening is legendary . They probably thought if people liked watching talking monkeys so much, it may pay off in a kids sci-fi show.
