Hodges,Angela, Zack and Bones vs Abbey and Ducky.

Who solves the crime first ?

Bones: "Don't 'rawr' her!"
Booth: "What? she'rawred' me first."

as much as i love Abby, i gotta give it to the team @ the smith- i mean Jeffersonian.

a team of experts vs 1 really overworked expert?
she's good, but not a miracle worker.

all that aside,

How much would Abby love Hodgens?

I'll give you NCIS LA. that's just CBS trying to cash in on one of their cash cows.( 3 CSI's are working great, we need more!!!)

as for Duckie, it's a nickname!
his last name is MALLARD.

as a counter argument,

a woman named "BONES"?

See, I specifically chose NCIS and Bones for a reason.

There are several crime scene shows on now, and the CSI franchise, while entertaining, deserve a contest of their own. ( or not )

But also, I really, really like both NCIS and Bones, and thought it'd be fun to have them square off, forensically speaking.

why not, they are both in metro DC, and NCIS has worked with the FBI before....
and I'm sure Abs would welcome some help with forensics.

I think it's appropriate.

When it comes to forensics, the Bones team just has a bigger army, compared to NCIS' Abbey and Dr. Mallard. Still, The Goth girl and Duckie manage pretty well on their own.

When it comes to firepower, hands down NCIS has the edge. Boothe is good, but Gibbs is also a trained sniper, and he's got Tony and Ziva to back him up, with McGeek covering the rear. Bring in the L.A. team and it gets even nastier! The NCIS side just has far more trigger pullers!

I'd given some thought to movin' off the edge -- not an ideal location -- thinkin' a place in the middle.

Great observation! I knew Gibbs and Booth were both snipers, but had forgotten about Booth's history when I posted this thread. Gibbs more fits the profile of a sniper, imo, but Booth doesn't lack in confidence.

I once tried to watch a Bones episode on Hulu. It opened on a wine tasting group, and one vintage apparently had gone bad, judging by the sour looks on everybody's faces.
Then one of the patrons found something in their glass... a human finger!

Okay, that was the closest I've come to vomiting while watching a network TV show.
It was even worse than the "meat puzzle" on NCIS.
(I'm still wondering why NCIS has always aired at 8:00. Doesn't stuff with graphic content have to air at 10:00?)
