PG fun for the whole family. I had to own it; you must at least rent, especially if you have kids!

Jackie Chan is excellent in general.

As much as I love the fearlessness about doing his own stunts, though, I have to say I'm glad he's off them. We almost lost him a number of times.

Dunno, it's been kinda sad watching Jackie get older & slower, and rely more & more on special effects and wire-work.
Everything since The Tuxedo has been rather disappointing.

However, there was that one bit in the trailer that still has me giggling every time I walk past the Meat Dept. at Ralphs: "Awww, don't feed bacon to the pig! That's just wrong!"

Eh, Tuxedo just plain sucked.
BUT, I LOVED Forbidden Kingdom, and SND cracked me up more than any other Chan flick.

The problem is that you people keep hitting the "Post My Response" button, even after you've gotten the bad runtime error message, and you go back and hit it again.

I found this out my ownself, by doing the same thing.

It's the new servers. Just hit the respond button ONCE, and trust that it did its job.

And if you typed a long, really important post that you don't want poofed into the nothingness of the ether, copy it all and save it to your GoogleDocs. Easy-peezy.

But please don't blame The Mike for your rookietude.

And be careful with multiple posts, that's an e-mail spam weapon, only to be used in dire circumstances.

Well, I finally saw it, and it was so painful I had to go try to find one of his earlier masterpieces as consolation.
Success! I found Police Story II, which I've been trying to see for 20 years!! It's digitally remastered, too!!

Found some other interesting clips...

You might want to turn the sound off for this one...

This one you'll need to download the 10 parts to your hard drive, then run them in VLC and make use of the Aspect Ratio menu...

Oh come on, it was really funny!!!
But I'll admit, his older stuff is the greatest.
Who Am I? is probably my single favourite. I have both the Chinese & American versions, and I love 'em BOTH!!!

I just watched it, and it's now at the top of my list! Especially the end credits!

And hey! Jackie and his crew got to fly in a Bell 222!
