Family Guy coming back! Firefly next?

I realize not everyone here is into Family Guy but for those who are, YAY! This has to give hope to us browncoats that our show can only benefit from strong DVD sales.

Hmmm, Family Guy-movie, new series. Firefly-Movie, new series? Now for the third 'F' we need to get Futurama brought back. And F fox.

Family Guy was farkin funny, Futurama was good for a while but then it went downhill by the end it was very ordinary.

Firefly is the best show ever! and it hasnt even been shown here in Australia :)

okay so the deal is cause the family guy dvd sold so well Fox will bring it back so if the Firefly DVD sells big fox may decide to bring it back too
i couldn't access the website with all the pertinent detalles so if any way could enlighten me i'd be siked

i am old i still use words like siked and i just noticed that i wrote details in spanish oh i might qualify as multi-lingual but i would be satisfied just speaking one well
anyway was my assumption correct high dvd sales = new shot for the series?

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

I must admit that I hold onto the hope of seeing FF back on the small screen again, and I see in the DVD release a unique opportunity to get FF into the hands of more friends and family. I plan to purchase at least 5 copies, 1 for myself, and 4 for family & friends to watch and share with others.

I have to also admit that a small, petty part of me would love to see the DVDs fly off the shelf, setting records and surpassing all of our wildest hopes. I want to see the FF movie be a box office smash and see networks scrambling to sign the cast for another shot at TV with the series. I want to see the look on Fox executives faces when Joss & crew tell them to take their offer & shove it.

So, just who is airing "Family Guy" on TV?
And please note: The "Family Guy" movie will NOT be on the big screen.

Unfortuntely, I can't imagine anyone but the horrendous and odious FOX or FX showing "Family Guy" were it to return to network TV. Certainly not ABC/Disney.
I can't see CBS or NBC airing it, either.
I think late night on Cartoon Network has been the most logical place for both "Guy" and "Futurama". It can't be messed with there.

You don't have to be "old" to use that word. (Whatever "old" is.)
But "siked" isn't a word. not one that i can find anywhere.
