I just noticed that the links on Firefly on Serenitymovie.com link to here. Does this mean that FFF.net is part of Serenitymovie.com and does that make this the Official Firefly site?

I think there is a general belief that the now Old OB (or OOB) will go down sooner or later which might mean why it isn't linked at Serenitmovie.com

Hmph. Hadna thought of that bit. Still, Browncoats is Browncoats. I wouldn't feel right not making the effort.

Besides, while the DVDs are still selling like...things that sell very well, I doubt that F$&#X will hose their (?) board in the near-term...

I believe someone said that the OOB is supported by Mutant Enemy rather than FOX because FOX originally took it down and Mutant Enemy said they would fund it and now that Universal has there own Official Board then maybe Mutant Enemy will stop funding and FOX will take it down. I'm not so sure of the situation though. I mainly get this info from OOB Browncoats as second hand info.

I'm little more sure than you, but my understanding was Fox put up the OB for the show, took it down when they shitcanned our beloved Firefly, then brought it back with their money to promote the DVD set.

Anyone have the concrete scoop?
