All I can say is to keep trying. I should have said that only people with broadband should download it, mainly because with my DSL at home, it took me 15 minutes to download the 60MB file. I'm guessing a modem user will likely take about an hour or more.

For those of you who just want to see it, parts of it (I haven't found the thing whole yet) are up on YouTube, just do a search for Firefly Gag Reel. There's a 10-minute clip - that's the one you're looking for. It's missing a few bits, but it's got more than what's on the DvD, I believe.
