Just a little weird, but does anyone work out or do exercise while watching Firefly episodes? I mean anyone besides me. or does that really make me strange? I can usually gauge how much time has passed by what scene the episode is on.

I don't know if it counts but... Yesterday I loaded the firefly soundtrack on my ipod and went for a run. Ever tried running with Reavers on your tail? That realy fires up a guy

I usually fancy watching the eps I have on iTunes while on the stationary bike. Good way to pass the time, Shindig is a good one to watch and cycle with ;)

I've listened to the soundtrack when I'm out jogging at sunset. I have a special jogging mix that's all soundtrack music: Pirates of the Carribean 2, Braveheart, Dances With Wolves, Narnia, Gladiator, and most definately Serenity. Serenity though I play the songs in a special order so it sounds more like one long song that used a bunch of small ones lol.

As of now I prefer to leave the order as it is, so I it kind of follows the climax of the movie, but I might mix it up later on just so it doesn't get too redundant.

Off the wall: It kills me that the re-worked version of the Firefly theme song that is played at the end of the credits is not on the OS. It's just so shuai

pretty pleased that i wasn't the only one working out to firefly episodes. actually i was worried that fans didn't work out. but that can't be.

Well I know I work out... sort of... Truth be told I used to be a muscled workout zealot and nutrition nut. But after being severly ill for 3 years I've sort of lost that spunk (and the muscle, you get atrophied fast when you're in the ICU). I just started getting back into the groove of working out because I have to work on inflating my lungs to full capacity, and so far Firefly is the only thing that keeps me from getting horribly bored while cycling on the stationary.
