Hey, are there others who are browncoats in Louisiana? Love the series and the movie. Wish there were more, of course, but if wishes were Fireflys, we'd all be in the night sky...crowded.

I'm not from Louisiana, but wanted to give you the official Browncoat-y welcome :cheers:

Glad to see people still hanging ten down there, with the hurricaines and whatnot...I was there once for the Acadien Festival about 15 years ago, and had a marvelous time! Wish we could all go back about 15 years, I think...

Feel free ta take yer shoes off an sit a spell, even if'n you don't find any state-folk! I don't recall anyone regular here from there, but you might search "Louisiana Browncoats" too since people tend to form local groups of their own...

Hi, WISHIMAY!

I suppose Louisiana doesn't have a lot of Firefly fans (That's their loss). I actually watched a video from the fans and decided to find a message board. Lo and behold, I'd already registered some time ago. Superb series and movie. I've ordered a "browncoat," and am looking forward to wearing it this fall and winter. My fifth graders should love it. thanks for the warm welcome, and to be fair, there are probably a lot more like me in Louisiana, namely my daughter and son-in-law who told me about the series.

Hope to find some more browncoats but if not, I'll still be happy chatting here and there.
