America loves a winner!

Mainly, Barton and Romanova.

Natasha is highly trained, since her youth, and has a serious skill set. But she's not inhuman. Just very good at what she does.

Same for Clint Barton. Don't his training, though it's clear he's had a great deal. H He also seems to be freakishly good at shooting things... but again, just human.

Stark and Rhodes are proud owners of really cool suits. Same as Scott Lang...

Tony and Hank Pym... sure, they MADE the suits, developed the technology , but still... just human.

Spiderman - radioactive bug bite
Black Panther - purple flower extract and a cool suit w/ vibranium claws.
Cap. America - Super soldier serum...

Even Banner can be reproduced, given the same sequence of experiments.

America loves a winner!

No real point here, other than Black Widow and Hawkeye almost certainly, on an off day, could be taken down by any number of other really specialized humans. Who's to say THEY are the best in their fields ? At what they do ?

And for how long ? Like pro athletes, their window for being at the very top of their game ' may ' be for 10 years.

Oh look, we're at the 10 ( actually 11 now ) year mark of the MCU...

And it's been mentioned a couple times in the movies, but Black Widow isn't a trained soldier. She's a stealthy assassin. She blends in, does one-on-one combat, and then vanishes... she's not a open field soldier, and yet, this is what we keep seeing now.

I look forward to seeing her back to her original 'skill set ', when her movie comes out.
