Since it's hard to tell if it's supposed to be Vince in the foreground of the shot, it's difficult to know if this is a flashback or Orwell gets brought in for some hijinks with the Carnival of Crime for a anti-Chess mission. Cuz if the former, gotta wonder why Rollo didn't make mention of possibly recognizing Orwell when she dropped Vince off with the CoC gang in episode 2.

In any case, I definitely can't for this episode to air, if only to explain the context of the photo
