Shiny walks over to path.

Shiny, "What if captains plan backfires, Then what?

Shiny looks over in the direction Oreo ran too.

then back at path, "Oreo could kill me".

Path," Shiny we won't let that happen."

Shiny thinking to self. (this is crazy, I'm the smallest one in the crew and I'm being sent to bait out Oreo the Biggest crew member.)

Shiny walks over to captain. " I'm ready, just say when, shiny cocks her gun and looks at Capt.

Captain, "Shiny I don't want you using your gun, you leave that up to us".

Shiny matter of factly says to Captain,"If my life is in danger I'm using it, Are we ready"?

...Also, I can kill you with my brain.

DOCKAT

Path: I'm nearly done, Shiny. Need to make a few adjustments.

Shiny nods. She is ready but she can wait.

Kat and the Captain are still going over the details while Path is hard at work.

Kat: I know you don't want to hear this [Shadow looks at her hard] but how can we be sure we can keep Shiny safe?

Shadow continues to load weapons and doesn't look at Kat

Kat: Okay, let's put it another way. What are the chances of us leaving here with Shiny and Oreo alive? [Kat lowers her voice even more] I would say the chances are pretty high that the only ones likely to leave here alive are 02 and the twins.

Shadow and Kat stare at each other and Shadow nods his head slightly, then looks away and scratches his neck. He walks off shouting to Path-

Shadow: How you gettin' on there, Path, we need to be speedy here...!

Kat watches him go, angry with him and the whole damned situation. Which is good. The anger keeps her calm and focused. Makes her feel stronger. She finishes up cleaning her guns and walks over to Shiny, determined to protect her and her brother. And then...El.

OREOISFIREFLY

(Oreo slams into a table and drops to the ground on his knees and hand. His other covering a guns shot to his left side)

Oreo- gorramnit! I didn't move fast enough! I Hestitated! Why?!

(Oreo stands to his feet and notices a table full of surgical intruments. He grabs a sharp cutting blade, lifts his shirt and begins digging out the bullet. With every attempt, and grunt, Oreo finally manages to retrieve the bullet. He holds it up, then tosses it to the ground.)

Oreo- i need to coterize it or less i'm gonna bleed to death.

(oreo looks around and notices what looks to be a hot hanging from the wall. Oreo walks over to it and places his hand on it. Oreo Instanly jerks his hand away)

Oreo- a steam pipe. Good. This'll work.

(Oreo pulls up his shirt and poistions himself so the wound is next to the pipe. After a few deep breathes his throws himself into the pipe. He's lets out a painful scream)

(outside the crew suddenly stops)

Capt.- What the hell is that?!

Kat- Sounds like Oreo.....what is he doing in there?

(Capt. snaps back to focus)

Capt.- Okay crew, it's time to move. I can't imagine what he's doing in there, but that was a scream of pain. Which means he's hurt, probably took a bullet before he ran off.

(Capt. looks over at shiny)

capt.- are you ready?

(Shiny looks back at the capt. and nods)

Capt.- Ok people get where you need to be, when shiny brings him out, we trap him and pump'em with every Tranq we got. The plan is every leaves this rock alive.

(Back inside, oreo drops to the ground once more, the pain overcoming his whole system)

Oreo-that's it, no more mr nice guy. I don't know who these guys are, but they're not going to live long enough for me to find out.

SHINY nods frightenly.

"lets move!"

SHADOW pulls back the right side of the browncoat that PATHFINDER had given him and draws his weapon from his holster - a modified 'taurus 85'.

he shoots the door open and looks carefully inside, scoping the room out for SHINY 1st.

"looks ok but..." ***BOOOOM***

a large explosion rocks the building.
