Empire Magazine listed their top 100 movie characters and Mal made the list at number 51.

He did much better than Mel Gibson's Lethal Weapon Martin Riggs (100) and Mark Hamil's Luke Skywalker (54). Check out number one, a big surprise, but the rest of the top ten isn't.

WHOZIT

#1 was a surprise, I would have picked SpongeBob Square Pants over him. You'd have thought Bogart's "Sam Spade" or Heston's "BEN HUR" would have been #1. Silly me, what am I thinking. But the fact Captian Tight Pants made the list makes me happy.
