FLYINFREE

For all you fans out there that want to help get the word out to more people about what a great show Firefly is. Post your favourite episode on a filesharing program or website for people to download and check out. You know once they get a taste they want more and rush out to buy the DVDs and line up to see the movie. Don't post them all, just 1 or 2 to get people's attention and mention with your posts (if possible) that there are DVDs available and the date the movie is coming out or the URL for FireFlyFans or the official website. When posting on other forums mention Firefly in passing, don't be pushy or repeatative but if you get a question about the post do the nice thing and tell em what they want to know about the greatest show ever made.

"...we're still flyin'."
"That's not much."
"It's enough." Malcolm Reynolds and Simon Tam - Serenity

Oh, I don't think so. That kinda breaks copywrite, don't it? How about folks get sent to Netflix to see the series, or do what I did, and buy the set for folks.....

was going to say something like that

rp: whilst that was the way that many fans got hooked, I don`t think it should continue with plenty of DVD`s out there. Another idea would be a sharing library, where the DVD`s are leant out, maybe get lots of video renting shops to help out on this.

The DVD`s aren`t that expensive, and you are getting a complete show, and not only that, they are not exactly in short supply (at least online, my local shops and eBay)
