STILLSHINY

OMG that's just funny & scary. I wonder if a set of figures could be put together with enough research. Especially with some of those Civil War replica figures.

It was only a matter of time, right? All those parties at the Barbie dream house, her being an astronaut, and then divorcing Ken earlier this year. High time I think.

I like it! Sp'Whore Barbie! Accessories: sword ("Shindig"), laser pistol ("Trash"), sponge ("Serenity") and syringe kit ("Serenity").

That really does look like Inara, though. Soon as WalMart realizes they've got companion figurines on their shelves, those dolls will get 'disappeared'. Better get 'em while they're hot...

Merchandisingly,

zoid

P.S.
Any Browncoat WalMart 'associate' (a.k.a., 'slave'): You must make up a "Sp'Whore Barbie" sign for the display. I double-dog dare you, and it's the least you can do. Just don't get caught doing it; I have my suspicions about where the bargain-priced ground chuck is actually coming from.

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

My daughter "convinced" the wife & I to buy here one of these a month or so ago @ Target. She saw right off the bat that the doll looked like Inara and she wasn't going to leave the store without it. Who am I to deny a child's love of Firefly?

Whoa... good replica.

Now we know what the designers over there are watching for inspiration, don't we?
