Hello! I work for Toronto's Classical Theatre Project and we're trying to convince Nathan Fillion to play Macbeth in our 2014-2015 season at the Winter Garden Theatre in Toronto! We need the help of true Firefly fans to help us with our petition to him. Simply sign this petition and once we receive 1,000 signatures we will send it via twitter to Nathan himself! Thanks for your help!

Hey, I love ya, I love Shakespeare, and I love me some Nathan, so I'd love to hear some more about this, but are you really sure this is a good idea? I mean, without bein' all Critic'ly like, do ya really think Nathan, our Nathan (?) has the chops and training to pull off "The Scottish King"? Certainly doesn't fit his image, as much as I loves him. I'd love to hear more about the production concept, director's intentions, and so on. But it sounds to me, as a preliminary notion, as a stunt casting, "come watch the train wreck" idea.

But maybe, if I lived back East and in Canada, I'd take a chance on a couple of tickets.

You going after the wrong actor. If you are a Voyager fan Robert Beltran
is heavy into Shakespeare.

There's no place I can be since I found Serenity.

Personally, I'd like to see Nathan try something more challenging like that. I'll mention it to him when I see him in a couple of weeks.

What's your time frame though? Even if it hasn't been announced yet, I am sure Castle will be renewed, and if your production falls within his shooting schedule he couldn't do it even if he wanted to.

Oh, I don't know, maybe Macbeth IS a little heavy, but I think that he would make a great Benedict from 'Much ado about nothing'! maybe that's just me.. XD

I would like to see him do it. Even if he sucks I would not hold it against him for trying. It would be good to see if he has that kind of range?

I know he can not sing!
