Do you think Serenity will show the Star Wars 3 trailer?

I wouldn't be surprised at all.

Hell, if Serenity is the first film to preview it, people will buy tickets JUST to see it. Good for Serenity, bad for stupid people's wallets. Of course, some of them might decide to actually WATCH the movie, which is again good for Serenity (and her 2 sequels.)

Kaylee: You know, it's funny you should mention that... ever heard of the Fox network?

If memory serves, Star Wars is a 20th Century Fox picture and Serenity is definitely a Universal picture. I find it hard to believe that Universal Pictures would advertise for one of their competitors, 20th Century Fox. I realize they purchased the rights to Firefly from 20th Century Fox, but a 20th Century Fox trailer attached to the front of a Universal picture seems counter-intuitive.

I love "Star Wars" but not as much as I absolutely love "Serenity," but I wouldn't object to seeing it in the previews when I do go watch the BDM. With both films coming out 4 weeks apart, I imagine a wave of sci-fi action space films to hit the box-office.
