BDM Banner from the Browncoats

For those who don't know, a huge banner is being sent to the "Serenity" set on the first day of filming to show our heros that the Browncoats are behind them all the way. Joss has been great and promises to put it up where all can see. The design has finally been decided on and here is the post and link from the OB.

Amazingly, some people still haven't seen Fly's BEAUTIFUL artwork for a 4 ft X 8 ft banner which will be sent to the Serenity set in upcoming weeks on behalf of all Browncoats. So, go see it for yourself and ooh and ah appropriately.

Incidentally, the Chinese characters say "Congratulations Serenity". We're going to work out the Chinese unicode characters for "Captain Tightpants" next.

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

Seen the BDB (Big Da*n Banner) over at the OB. Flyhead did a great job on it.

Hopefully someone will get pics of it hangin up and maybe pics of the cast under the banner.

According to ME prez Chris Buchanan today on the Fox boards, the banner has arrived and will be hung up on Wednesday (June 9, 2004), when all of the cast is on set.
