It's like Nathan said,(paraphrased) I tried out for something (wouldn't I like to know what ) and you could tell the director hadn't thought ANYTHING through, where Joss knew how he wanted things to go three season in and NATHAN told 'em NO. I think that was admirable of him considering Joss was that on top of things and still got the axe. That was a risk... But it also kinda tells you something about the state of Hollyweird these days. Not thinking and taking the gamble is maybe a one in four gamble and win that idiots will also not question and just follow the "pretty birdy" wherever they WANT us to look... If NO effort wins one out of every four, then they think "WHY BOTHER TO CHANGE???"

And THAT is how it is going to stay until we say "We're bored as hell and we're not going to watch your drivel anymore!!!!"

Good Luck, America

So stop watching remakes, reboots, and sequels.

How many "Batman" movies have you seen? Superman? Planet of the Apes?

STOP. BUYING. CRAP. If you stop buying stuff that's absolute crap, maybe somebody will make something new.

I already have, I thought the second installments of Batman were ludicrous, and as much as I like Cristian Bale, I can't bring myself to watch any of these. And now they got kids doing Spiderman...What's next "The Toddler Adventures Of..."??
I hear they are planning a Justice League movie since Avengers went over soo well...

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

Some reboots don't suck, sometimes you have to learn the hard way. This "Batman" reboot doesn't suck while the last "Superman" reboot did.

I really don't see this catching on. Really take the money from this and give it to Joss so he can finish the Firefly saga.

Hollywood is so afraid to try anything new, it shits it's pants whenever 'original' is thrown about.

Yeah, that stupid remake of the Buffy movie as a TV series - lazy. And it had a spin-off - clearly rubbish too.

Remakes, reboots, reimaginings - they're all what the creatives make of them.

Hollywood is afraid of doing new things because it's all about the money. GREED. Greed is running rampant in this country. The ridiculous number of commercials per show tells us that.
