GUNHAND

Okay well I've spent a lot of time today being all serious and informational and suchlike, so of course I have to do something completely insane just to keep my karma all balanced out.

So for your viewing pleasure...or pain...I present to you the following musical interlude, as sung by River...

"Girl in the Box"

I'm the girl in the box
Brought onto your ship
Simon came and saved me, saved me

Needles in my eyes, they ask what I see
Waiting at my side, hands of blue
She who dies, objects ripped from things
Feed my mind and cut into me

I'm the girl reading thoughts
Killing with my math
Will I come to save you, save you

Needles in my eyes, they ask what I see
Waiting at my side, hands of blue
She who dies, objects ripped from things
Feed my mind and cut into me

Dunno where that came from...*shrugs*

"Oh hey, I got an idea. Instead of us hanging
around playing art critic till I get pinched by
the Man, how's about we move away from this
eerie-ass piece of work and get on with our
increasingly eerie-ass day, how's that?"

Sick and mental...Whew good, staying up all night had me being all logical all morning in my posts and it was really scaring me. Then I swore at the news and passed out so it got better.

So I'm glad I haven't completely lost it, or wait that would be finding it really since I'd be losing my losing it...owww my brain.

ZOID

Gunhand:

Dude, you know I dig Alice in Chains. And Chainnan for that matter. And I respect the 'Chain of Command'. I even suggested AiC's "We Die Young" for Reaver anthem; you wouldn't need to change much lyric content on that one.

On a side note: Layne (Staley) and Jayne?

Respectfully,

zoid

You should post this to the "Filk" section of Blue Sun Room.

----------------------------
5x5: Alan Tudyk was in 28 Days, not 28 Days Later. There's a difference.
Paladin: So, no wacky zombie with a Hawaiian shirt, then?

Zoid, well Alice in Chains was a very good band, too bad they came from Seattle though that kinda messed them up a tad.

5x5, ummm what's a Filk? Okay y'all can quit laughing now. I'm about as computer savvy as a dyslexic tree sloth so some of these terms and whatnots just confound me.

Once I figure out what these Filk things are maybe I'll do more. I have a few ideas...even more warped than this, but one does have to do with the Friendly Neighborhood Reavers.

Plus more of the dreaded 'Verse Wars stuff...
