I never yelled at or abused the folks working the ticket line. That said, I'm glad they're changing the system, because they're right about it not going so well this year. I'm not sure what they were doing differently, since there's generally been those alphabet lines and it's seemed to go okay, maybe it was just more people attending, because it was a super crowded year.
