Is anyone thinking what I'm thinking?

If my GPS told me to pull a Crazy Ivan, I would be thrilled. I'm not sure my car could handle it, but we can find out.

"We'll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false." -- William Casey, Reagan's presidential campaign manager & CIA Director (from first staff meeting in 1981)

I can hear it now...

"Almost there... "

"Stay on target!"

On this matter, make no mistake. I want you to go fuck yourself long and hard, as well as anyone who agrees with you. I got no use for you. --Auraptor

This vile and revolting malice - this is their true colors, always has been, you're just seeing it without the mask of justifications and excuses they hide it behind, is all. Make sure to remember it once they put the mask back on. --Fremdfirma

And how cool would be to have Wash's voice?

"I don't want to alarm anybody... but I think... we're being followed..."

Wash's voice would be infinitely cooler. And Mal's as well, of course.

"Well, this should get interesting."

"Define interesting."

"Oh God, Oh God, we're all going to die?"

"My ship don't crash; she crashes, you crashed her!"

There's just too many great ones for Firefly and Serenity!

My fav from Firefly is from Wash:

"Who's flying this thing.....Oh yeah, that would be me."

Or, just before he pulls the Crazy Ivan:

"Here's something you can't do."

You're right guys, there are just so many.

Which intro is better?

----------------------------- Intro 1: Is it only a Crazy Ivan if you do it intentionally? ----------------------------- Intro 2: I've pulled a Crazy Ivan once.

Unintentionally. -----------------------------

Three winters ago, on an icy highway half way to my tech school (60 mi away), my car (going about 50mph:disappointed:) decided to rotate on its Z-axis to the right about 170°. Luckly, I managed to keep it on the road, and that there was no traffic.

I decided to skip school that day (I called it in), and drove back home at about 20mph or less.

A clean pair of shorts is essential to pulling a Crazy Ivan. It's in the manual.

Hey, you can't make this stuff up (right here, I'm chortling and snorting at the same time :-)

Nonsense Poopiepants!

I did one too in the winter of 1998 in one of the housing areas at Ft. Drum, NY. Hit an icy patch of road and over corrected being not used to snow and ice. It took a little while for my heat to stop pounding.

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

Shiny!

I'd have to have some directions from each member of the crew though. It would be amazing to have a Tom Tom with their voices guidin' me through the 'verse.
