Hey all (first post-ish)

I was browsing around the whole Sci-Fi ring on the net and stumbled into the I, Robot site for the upcoming...Fox (kill me now)... movie. On the site, it talks about how the movie has Will Smith and this and that, but in the character dossiers, I noticed a famliar name...

Alan Tudyk, who seems to enjoy sticking around Fox (bleh), will be playing Sonny, the main robot in the film. NOt only will he be voicing it, but will be doing the actual actions of the robot, mapped over with CGI in post production (as was done with Gollum in Lord of the Rings).

I found that pretty cool, so I guess I'm going to have to see it... even though it's made by Fox (chokes and dies).

It definitely is exciting to see Alan in a big movie. Remember though, Fox tv is a different beast than Fox movies.

A couple of other good movies to look for Alan:

28 Days - Sandra Bullock stars... Alan plays Gerhardt (also a good place to find Viggo Mortensen - Aragorn from the LOTR movies).

A Knight's Tale - Heath Ledget stars... Alan plays Watt.
