Anybody get a hotel room early and have any interest in splitting it? I'm not a party girl and shouldn't cause you ruckus.

Let me know. Thanks,
Kara

NOT a party girl? Sorry, not interested.

Good time to getting your rooms locked up, if not already done.

I had to book my room sometime last fall... I think about a month after D*C 09 ended. People change plans all the time. Keep tabs on these 2 communities for something they may come in handy for you:

Hope to see you there. Gotta represent the Browncoats with the 3 BDHs announced so far.

Everything books within days of the previous con ending, but since the Hyatt will be charging cards for one nights stay in July, there will be a lot of cancellations then:)

Flying on duct tape and a damaged registry.

We BARELY got into an overflow hotel in November! (Yet a few yers ago, we got into the International Tower at the Hyatt in March. Go figure.) Other than that, what MsA said.

It looks like a lot of the hotels are starting that kind of policy. I think it would help deter anybody from hogging/scalping rooms or getting extra rooms "just in case", both of which have become a problem in the last few years. If they're really going to go, they don't lose their money. And even if they plan to go, but unexpectedly can't, they can still get all of their money back if they cancel in time.
