Although this is still almost 3 months away, we should get to planning now.

The Chicagoland Browncoats, in conjuction with some of us local Buckeye Browncoats, are planning to host a Firefly room. Right now it looks as though we will be getting 2 adjacent rooms on the party floor. One to decorate and use for recruiting new Browncoats, the other for naps and such. As of this moment we have firm committments from 4 people, and we could really use some more folks to pitch in. Whether as a body to help with the decorating, hosting, and/or cleanup, or if you wanted to contribute towards the cost of rooms and supplies. As much or as little as you want to give, it would be greatly appreciated.

Registration is $35 per person (for the whole weekend) prior to May 12, $50 after. Also, preregistration is done by mail, so to save the 15 bucks, it must be postmarked by May 12. For those who want to get a room for yourself, they are $99 per night. Make sure you specify whether you want your room on a "party" floor a "quiet" floor.
