May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

It is great to see the movie getting some press and being on the net on sites like this one makes the movie seem that much closer to being a reality.

Speaking of press...

Greg's Previews is one of the websites I go to for news on upcoming movies.

Well, I ran a Google search on "Serenity movie" and came up with a very odd review of the pilot.

Overall, the reviewer liked this "ode to rustic life" and its "Southern Fried Soundtrack." He also praised the "no-sound-in-space" rule:

"Plus, by just having music playing in the background, viewers can fully focus on the awesome body of Serenity."

But there are also baffling errors. The sponge bath scene was not the ending, and... [suddenly notices the "AdultDVDReviews" logo] ...oh. OH. Okay, I think I see the misunderstanding now.

Anyway, I also noticed one of those Google "sponsored links" advertising the DVDs at Amazon, titled "Serenity lives!" Is that paid for by Amazon, Fox, Universal, fans, or what?

Actually, I sent him a notice on the topic a couple of weeks ago myself. Guess that the watchers' "critical mass" hasn't hit him enough yet to put a preview page up.

History doesn't always repeat itself. Sometimes it merely shouts "Weren't you listening the first time?!?" and lets fly with a club.

It's somebody with the username "lunchwithgeor-20" who has an Associates account with Amazon.
