3. Am I going to be on Dollhouse? If I had a nickel for every time somebody asked me that I'd.. have a lotta nickels (?) As far as I know, they've completed their order of episodes and are awaiting a pick up for more. But if that happens, I'd be delighted. But I'd like to kick ass like Summer, please. Same goes for Castle, so two answers in one! (can I kick nathan's ass?)

If you saw something else, please post it.

She mentioned kicking Nathan's ass, but, as Jayne said, "that ain't exactly hard."

You and your high IQ clearly have trouble with dropping words. And the spaces between them.

It's funny to me how many people who say, "Grammar doesn't matter on the internet," are the ones who refuse to use it, but claim to be capable. You just don't want to, right? Don't think it hinders understanding or that an intelligent group of people will take you less seriously if you're not only saying something that is demonstrably false, but saying it poorly. Mm-hm. Okay.

Y'see, some folk here on this board use a more relaxed speech pattern. Mostly 'cause it's in keeping with the 'verse 'n all, but it can be a mite confounding 'till you grow accustomed to it.

Once a discussion of grammar begins however, it quickly becomes apparent which of us have completed at least the eighth grade.
I believe in this case however, it is more of a reading comprehension issue than a problem with the grammatical structure.

Don't be daft, son. "But I'd like to kick ass like Summer, please" can in no way, whats-o-frakkin'-ever, be construed to be the same as: "I want to kick Summer's ass." And to state you have a high IQ to boot is adding insult to injury.

Perhaps you were thinking of this? "I want to kick ass, like Summer's." But without the genitive it's a no-go. And that's why grammar matters, even on the Internet.

Was the Yale you went to kindergarten or something? It couldn't possibly have been the university. Your spelling is atrocious, your grammar is worse, and to top it off you either have no sense of humor or else a type that the rest of us have yet to figure out. You may not be a troll in your own estimation, but that's the way you seem to the rest of us.

Well I just can't take this guy seriously in any way whatsoever.

A quick search reveals that the highest IQ ever recorded belongs to Marilyn vos Savant with an official Mensa score of 228. Other sources state a Korean called Kim Ung-yong with an IQ of 210. Apparently it all depends on how you score the test.

So that means that you must be an alien (which would explain why you can't read) as you could never be human with an IQ of 550.
Add to that the fact that as soon as people started picking up on your grammar you deliberately spell a post completely wrong. Internet speak (or whatever you want to call it) it may be, but that's not an official language so you would be spelling it wrong.

And I think calling him a troll is insulting to the proper trolls. They have more class.

Gotta love that fact that someone who is a Yale alumni, apparently higher in IQ than people who are members of Mensa, and is afraid to use big words lest we simpletons become confused, begins to use lone 'r's and places 'z's in words that aren't spelled with them in their posts. (a run-on sentence, I apologize)

lol typing lik dis iz not secund lang itz a 16 yr old. Usually found in younger fandoms, that have crazy levels of shipping where everyone likes to talk in txt spk instead of actually conversing in coherent form like creatures with higher brain functions.

I'm most amused by how every time I look, the thread title becomes just a little more opposite from the original.

However, I give the OP points for successfully concealing their true intention with the first post.

Unfortunately, the originality of an attack tends to decrease with every post. The inexperienced should embrace the hit-and-run tactic, but once engaged, they often fall prey to a desire to continue to interact instead of sitting back and watching the mayhem.

I'm giving even odds to "detailed descriptions of sexual exploits" or "racist comments" next. Any takers?

Actually, I went to Oxford.

It was a lovely day during our honeymoon, and we got to see the Bodlelian library. As a special treat they were filming a production of Gulliver's Travels there.

I've also been to Stamford, William and Mary several times, Bryn Mawr (madrigal recital) as well, and attended (a boy's choir performance) at King's College in Cambridge. Hmm... Haven't bothered with Hahvahd or Yale yet. I'm afraid they might be a bit of a letdown.
