Hey, I've been trying to get a firefly simm off the ground. It's based on the 10th Verbena Volunteer Infantry, a unit of Browncoats during the Unification War. Anyone interested?

VERAFAN

It's like an RPG but simpler, you don't have attribute points or dice. You just get a group of people together and you write a story, but there is usually a set of guidelines (how often you have to post, what content you can put in your posts, etc.) a GM who enforces those and directs the story.

The story is going to follow the war through the eyes of the men and women of a regiment of Independents from the planet Verbena. It will begin when the war starts and continue through till the end of the war (or if we are all still around at that point and want to continue we could write about what our characters do after the war.)

Ah. I've done some of that, just never heard it called that. :)

Does sound fun, and there are two characters for Firefly I've made that I'd like to explore someday. Unfortunately, recently I've had to drop OUT of play by post RPing because if time constraints.

But good luck finding people.
