There's talk of a Firefly movie, now, and apparently it's all the more likely because the DVD set was somewhat successful. However, the idea doesn't thrill me. Oh, I'll happily go see it and I'm sure I'll enjoy it very much, but in my mind it's no better than getting one more episode. Firefly was carefully designed to take advantage of the television medium, and that's where it belongs.

"Oh, but you did. You turn on any of my crew, you turn on ME!!"

INEVITABLEBETRAYAL

I totally agree with that quote. I'll fork over multiple bucks to see the movie multiple times, but what I really want is to see Serenity soar on the small screen again. Joss could do more with three seasons of 22 episodes each than he could with one two-hour movie.

SUCCATASH

I say, Joss and cast all go to Australia for 3 years and film as much Firefly as possible and then give us 25 to 36 DVD's.
