Its been a long wait but its good to finally see more of Vic and the boys in action.

It was an enjoyable first ep of the final season too. Anyone else enjoy?

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

I enjoyed it.

The main problem with the series is the long wait in between seasons. The fact their season are so short doesn't help matters any either.

I love it.

*spoilerish commentary*

Billings getting played by Dutch and Claudette was great, I'm glad that whiney jackass finally outed himself over his fake injury.

I had to replay the scene involving Ronnie and the guy handcuffed to the hotel bed a few times to make sure that I really saw what happened. Wow.

Either Vic or Shane is going to end up dead at the end of the season, and I don't think their families will get out unscathed either.

*end spoilerish commentary*

I agree with you, Boothe, the seasons are too short and too much time comes between them. I, however, think that serves to make the show even more enjoyable, as the anticipation adds a little something to it. This is my second favorite show in all of television, at least to date.

Yeah because it was believed that AIDS was contracted from the monkeys. Not the band but the animal. And we just wanted to deal with that issue - just a couple of points. Just changing the attitude towards AIDS from being "Eww AIDSy" to more like "Oh! Fun monkey disease"

I'll be surprised if they both don't end up croaking it by the end of the show. Or Shane dead and Vic in jail for it. I think Ronnie might actually get out alive...

This is, by far, one of my favorite shows. I've got Seasons 1-5 on DVD, and I'll be buying 6 soon. I've watched them all at least 3 or 4 times, and it gets better on rewatching, just watching all the plans and pieces falling into place.

Shane with the axe!

and yeah Ronnie.. wow, makes me look at him a little different.

The Shield is one of my all time favourites as well. Its weird though, I have difficulty getting people in my circle to watch.
