OMG - Did anyone watch the office? (Possible Serenity Nod)

Is it just me or does anyone think that Jan's candle business was a nod to Serenity? I mean "Serenity by Jan" written in the Firefly font. I just have to think that Joss directing a few episodes had something to do with this.

What do you guys think??

I rewatched it last night and I'm more convinced that it just had to be Firefly related. Didn't anyone else around here watch? I think they need Nathan to guest star on that show sometime soon.

Totally caught that...Totally thought that , too !

I remember Jenna saying she was SO GLAD that they FINALLY got to do this episode , in a recent interview...

Since she and Jimmy Gunn are SO Committed to the Browncoat Cause , I truly believe this was a shout-out and non-co-inky-dink...

And , for sure , there have to be another Legion of Joss-Fans hanging out in The Office !

Yet another way to " keep the fires burnin'" and relight Serenity !
