In this show where River says to Book - "Just keep walking preacher man" I dont get the context?

They had a fight over Book's bible and it was ripped...

They had a problem with Book's hair...

But in the last part where Book is about to sit down with river who is busy working on something, River tells him to move along?

What is she doing?
What is Book so interested in?

I thought it was obvious. Since river and books interaction, river had the intention of keeping books bible to "fix" it. River gave back his symbol but kept a few pages. At the end at the part you talking about, river is going through the bible again while book looks tentatively by obviously anxious of what river is "fixing". Hope this helps.

While we saw them fight over the bible, and saw some pages ripped out, what River seems to be working on is a full book.

I thought at the end he was still wanting to make a connection with her but that she was remembering the big hair and didn't want him around....

But still the bible (perhaps not the same physical book but the same text) that she is intent on fixing. A project for which she has no need of Book's input on apparently.

I agree with davidshayne...she just does not want shepard book's input because she can see he is distraught about the modification of the book.

Hmmmm, I think I'm with Embers on this one.

At the beginning of the episode, Book seems quite proud of the fact that he has developed a rapport with River and is quite capable of tending a flock of one.
I think the scene at the end just serves to demonstrate that whatever rapport he thought existed has been diminished or was never there to begin with.
I just figured it was the closing statement in their "side-story" for that episode.

Nobody mentions that Book tells River that the Bible "is supposed to fix you."
