Finally the day has arrived and the DVD should be on the shelves - check out www.whitenoisethelight.net for all the latest info including stuff about a giveaways (on the news page), and a bunch of reviews and interviews.

Forget the first movie - if you didn't like it it won't matter, you'll love this one - it's very different

Also, if you're in the Burbank area - on Saturday you can get your copy signed by the writer & director - details of that on the website too - think ahead to the day you'll be wanting to get Nathan's autograph on the dvd and it'll be cool to have the others there with it - so get them while you can :)

Pass the word around - if nothing else....for the sake of our BDH Nathan, this deserves to do well

We watched WN2 this week...MUCH better than the first one. Of course, I think Norbit may have been better than the first one....just from the commercials I can see it was scarier.

Nathan was fantastic, and really should get cast in a movie with a better script. We thought this script was pretty decent with a weak ending and iffy production. It doesn't speak highly of the plot when they resort to random ghosts jumping out at the audience to get a scare...not ghosts that are in the movie, mind you. Just things jumping out during scene transitions for the sole purpose of a scare. I almost think they blew the effects budget on the first half of the movie and didn't have enough for the climax. I really think there could have been a better way of doing that than

Select to view spoiler:

the electric sperm chasing down the ambulance.

Now again, Nathan's acting was great. But I understand why it went straight to video. I don't understand why the first one was even released....

Agreed, vastly superior to the first but..weak ending. The introduction of certain plot points like what, 20 mins before the end of the film? As if they decided the story was too weak and tried to shoe-horn another angle into an already-written script. Bad form!

I agree about your spoiler as well. Not good.

The movie IS worth seeing though.
