Groupies? I've never had groupies and I am not sure the other half would approve.

Yes I am the drummer, and planning on getting another guitarist but going to mean re-writing the whole set and it's the end of three plus years working together and I'm going to miss the guy. Still, he's got a great job down in London and I am pleased for him just feeling a bit bummed at the moment. Typical timing, just after I go to a great gig by an old friend and feeling all inspired.

Gets out industrial humidifier for the stuffies, the candied ginger root for the tummies, the hot honey with lemon for the owies, the peppermint tea for the comfies, and the hot toddies for the helluvit.

HK, be comforted in the thought that most of the people *I* work with probably haven't even HEARD of haiku, let alone would actually know what one is or recognise it.

Try taking them with food, or 20 minutes after a meal. Try on an empty stomach if that doesn't work.

Erythromycin and its family (azithromycin, etc) give me tummy cramps too. It is a fairly common side effect. Check your prescription information to see if that's a side effect of whatever you're on.

Just keep up with the yogurt or you may have to deal with ... consequences... of antibiotics.
